HARBOROUGH

PETTY SESSIONS, JULY 23.

Thomas Aprice, carrier of Desborough, appeared on behalf of his brother to answer the charge of Mr. Holloway, Auctioneer of Harborough, for furiously driving up the market, at Harborough, on the 9th inst, and riding over his son, who had sustained considerable injuries therefrom. Mr. Holloway, stated that if the defendant would express contrition for the offence, and pay the surgeon's expenses for Medicine and attendance, he would not press the case, this being promised the charge was withdrawn on those conditions.
