Sarah Elizabeth was
born about 1841 at Rothwell, the second known child of
William Watts and
Mary Deacon. The
family moved around a good deal, as is witnessed by the birthplaces of their
children: Hillmorton, Rothwell, Wellingborough, Woodford.
