Whereas Joseph Lole Late of Rothwell als Rowell in the County of Northton
aforesaid is gone to Inhabitt and reside in Desborough aforesaid. Wee the
Churchwardens and the Overseers of the poore of Rothwell als Rowell aforesaid
doo hereby Certify under our hands and seales that the said Joseph Lole is an
Inhabitant of Rothwell als Rowell aforesaid and Legally settled there and if the
said Joseph Lole and his family or any of them shall happen to become Chargeable
to or forced to aske or require reliefe of the parish of Desborough aforesaid
that then and in such Case wee doo hereby oblige our selves to receive and
provide for him or his as persons Inhabiting and settled in the parish of
Rothwell als Rowell aforesaid according to the true Intent and meaning of a Late
Act of parliament in the Case made and provided In Wittness whereof wee have
hereunto sett our hands and seales the fifteenth day of January in the
Thirteenth year of his now Majesties Reigns over England Anno Dom 1702/1
