On Monday, the 4th day of January, 1836, on the premises, in the
Lordship of DESBOROUGH, in the county of Northampton
ONE HUNDRED and THIRTEEN
valuable ASH Timber TREES, 37 ELM DITTO, now standing
blazed and numbered on a Farm in the occupation of Mrs. Payne.
The above Timber is of superior quality, and worthy the attention of
Timber Merchants, Coachmakers, and others.
Six months' credit will be given to all purchasers above £10 on
approved joint security.

The company is requested to meet at the Swan Inn, Desborough,
precisely at Ten o'clock, and then proceed to the place of
sale.
