DESBOROUGH.
To be Sold by PRIVATE CONTRACT,
A MESSUAGE or TENEMENT, in DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton,
known by the Name of the WOOLPACK, and in the Occupation of Edward Coe,
sen.
—consisting of a Kitchen, Parlour, Brewhouse, four Bed Chambers,
Cellar, an excellent Well of Water, and a large Yard with suitable
Offices. And also a small HOUSE or TENEMENT, in the said Yard, in the
Occupation of Edward Coe, jun.
The Occupiers will shew the Premises; and further Particulars may be
had of Mr. Wartnaby, in Market Harborough—who is empowered to sell the
same.
