On Thursday the 12th Day of April, 1798, about Four in the
Afternoon, at the House of
Mr. John Reynolds, the George Inn, in Desborough, in the County of Northampton,
IN ONE OR
MORE LOTS,
A Very Desirable FREEHOLD and Tythe-Free ESTATE, situate in the Town
and Lordship of DESBOROUGH aforesaid; and comprizing a strong-built
convenient Farm-House, with good Barn, Stable, and other useful
Out-Buildings, surrounding the adjoining Yard.
Also, Four CLOSES, adjoining each other, contiguous to the Town, in
Quantity (including Roads) near EIGHTY-TWO STATUTE ACRES; a small Part
of which is now in Tillage, and the other Part good Grazing Land. The
Whole in the Tenure and Occupation of Mr. Robert Coals, who is Tenant at
Will, (and has been served with Notice to quit the Estate at Michaelmas
next,) at the very low yearly Rent of SIXTY POUNDS.

may be obtained in the mean Time, by applying to Mr. Burford, or to Mr.
Rouse, in Market-Harborough; or to the said Mr. Robert Coals, who will
also shew the Premises to any Person who may be inclined to become a
Purchaser.
