And Entered upon immediately,
A Genteel and commodious DWELLING HOUSE, situate at DESBOROUGH, in the
County of Northampton, late in the Occupation of Mrs. Wm.
Cave:—Consisting of a Sitting-Room, exceeding good Parlour, four
Chambers on the first Floor, and good Attics for Servants; Kitchen,
spacious Cellars, and convenient Out-Offices; Stabling for three Horses;
excellent Garden, Part walled in, and a large Orchard, well planted with
choice Fruit-Trees, just in their Maturity.
The In-coming Tenant may be accommodated with a small Close of
Pasture, if required, at Michaelmas next, and the Fixtures in the House.
