And may be entered upon the 6th day of April next,
A Genteel DWELLING HOUSE, with suitable out offices, walled garden,
and orchard, well planted with fruit trees, pleasantly situate near to
the church at Desborough, in this county, with a pew in the
parish Church and servants' pew attached, now in the occupation of Mrs.
Payne.
The tenant may be accommodated with a few acres of rich pasture land,
and stabling for three horses if required.
