By Messrs, LEVET & CARRINGTON,
On Monday the 8th Day of April, 1822, at Five o'Clock in the Afternoon,
at the George Inn, Desborough, in such Lots, and subject to such
Conditions as will be then produced,
The following FREEHOLD ESTATE:--A FREEHOLD
CLOSE of PASTURE LAND, situate a short Distance from the Village of
DESBOROUGH aforesaid, containing by Estimation, eleven Acres and an
Half, or thereabouts, called Dobhall Close, in the Old
Inclosure.
A FREEHOLD CLOSE of TILLAGE
LAND, nearly adjoining the above-described Close, containing by
Estimation, thirteen Acres, or thereabouts, called Top Watery Close.
A FREEHOLD CLOSE of PASTURE
LAND, with the Barn thereon erected, adjoining the last Close, including
the Lanes, containing together, by Estimation, six Acres, or
thereabouts, and called the Barn Close.
A FREEHOLD CLOSE, part grass
and part tillage Land, adjoining the last-described Close, including the
Lanes, containing by Estimation, ten Acres, or thereabouts, called
Dobhall Close, in the new Inclosure.
A FREEHOLD CLOSE of PASTURE
LAND, adjoining the last Close, containing by Estimation, six
Acres and an Half, or thereabouts, called Moore's Close.
The Whole is in the Occupation of Mr. JOHN NURSEY.
N.B. The Fences are in a good State, and
the Closes well watered.
Immediate Possession may be had.
