At the New Inn, in Desborough, on Thursday the 26th of July, 1849, at
Five o'clock in the Afternoon, and either together or in the following
lots, as may be determined upon at the the of sale,
Lot 1. ALL that well-accustomed INN or PUBLIC HOUSE, well situated in
DESBOROUGH aforesaid, and the greater part recently rebuilt, called The
New Inn, with brewhouse, stabling for ten horses, barns, covered-in
bowling alley, large and productive garden, planted with choice fruit
trees; and a homestead or homeclose of pasture land at the back of the
house, containing one acre and a half, or thereabouts.
Lot 2. All those TWO CLOSES of ARABLE LAND, lying together, and
adjoining the above-mentioned Inn, and containing together seven acres,
or thereabouts.
The whole of the premises are now in the occupation of
Mr. Ebenezer
Wilford, the owner.
