DESBOROUGH, Northamptonshire
Freehold and Tithe Free.
To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT,
ALL those THREE CLOSES of rich ARABLE and PASTURE LAND, commonly
called CAPSTILL, and containing
together 24 Acres (more or less), lying near the Village of Desborough,
in the County of Northampton, and now in the Occupation of Mr. Thomas
Loak.
And also, all those TWO other CLOSES of old PASTURE LAND, lying
within the Fields of Desborough aforesaid, near Rushton Wood, containing
together about seven Acres and an Half, and commonly known by the Name
of PEPPER CLOSE,
now also in the Occupation of the said Thomas Loak.
