ALL that old-established BAKEHOUSE; consisting of a capital Messuage
or Tenement, stone built, sashed, and slated, with a sitting Room and
Parlour, three sleeping Rooms, and Attics over the same; flour Chamber,
Dairy, Pantry, and Cellar; Barns, Stable, furze Hovel, Yards and Garden,
and every other convenient out Building, situate in the Parish of
DESBOROUGH, and in the Occupation of Thomas Loake.—Also a CLOSE of rich
PASTURE GROUND adjoining, containing two Acres and a Half, more or less.
Possession may be had at Old Lady Day next.
The Village of Desborough is pleasantly situated, the Turnpike Road
passing close to the above House, and being within five Miles from
Market Harborough, and six from Kettering.
