George Sumner: Sale of Timber

DESBOROUGH, Northamptonshire.
To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT,
By Mr. HOLLOWAY,

On Wednesday the 5th Day of February, 1817, on the Premises of Mr. G. SUMNER, at DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton.

The following very valuable TIMBER, viz: 12 oak Trees (with the Bark), 85 Ash, 76 Elm, six Sycamores, three Poplars, and two Chestnuts, which are of large Dimensions, and now stand, numbered and blazed, in the Lordship of DESBOROUGH, and lying near to the Turnpike Road leading from Market Harborough to Kettering.

The Auctioneer requests the Favour of the Company to meet at Mr. George Sumners, in Desborough, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at which Time the Sale will commence.

N.B. Credit will be given to all Purchasers above £10, on approved joint Security, until the 22d Day of October, 1817.
