To be SOLD by AUCTION,
By BRAMPTON & BATES,
On Wednesday the 24th Day of
November, 1830, about Six o'Clock in the evening, at the George Inn, in
Desborough, in the county of Northampton (unless previously disposed of
by previous contract), and subject to such conditions, as will be
then produced,
THE
FOLLOWING VALUABLE
FREEHOLD and TITHE-FREE ESTATES.
Lot 1. ALL that MESSUAGE or TENEMENT, with the bakehouse and
flour chamber, large barn, stables, and lofts over the same; cowhouses,
piggeries, yard, garden, homestead, and appurtenances thereto adjoining
and belonging, situate and being in the centre of the town of DESBOROUGH
aforesaid, and late in the occupation of Mrs. Ginns, deceased.— There
is an excellent supply of water in the bakehouse.—The Business is an
old-established one, and in full trade.
Lot 2. All those THREE COTTAGES or TENEMENTS adjoining each
other, situate near the Cross, in DESBOROUGH aforesaid, with the
gardens, out-offices, and appurtenances thereto belonging, now in the
several occupations of
William Dawkins,
John Allen, and
Ann Kilborn.
Lot 3. All that CLOSE of PASTURE LAND, in DESBOROUGH FIELD,
near the town of Desborough aforesaid, and adjoining the road leading to
Harrington, containing Three Acres, more or less, late in the occupation
of the said Mrs. Ginns, deceased.
Lot 4. All that CLOSE of ARABLE LAND, adjoining lot 3, and
containing Six Acres, more or less, also late in the occupation of the
said Mrs. Ginns.—The crop now growing on this lot must be taken at a
valuation.
Immediate possession may be had, if required.
The baking utensils, dough troughs, &c. belonging to the baking
business, may be taken at a valuation.
