At the House of Mr. John Cox, known by the Sign of the Swan, in Desborough, in the County of Northampton, on Wednesday the 8th Day of August next, between the Hours of Two and Four o'Clock in the Afternoon, subject to such Conditions as will be then and there produced,

A Remarkably pleasant Spot of capital FREEHOLD LAND, now divided into two Closes; containing nine Acres or thereabouts (be the same more or less), situate at DESBOROUGH aforesaid, and adjoining the Turnpike-Road leading from Market-Harborough to Kettering; also a substantial and very convenient Brick and Slate DWELLING-HOUSE thereon, newly erected; together with the Barns, Stables, and other numerous Outbuildings; in Front of which is a very large Garden, well stocked with choice Fruit Trees; there are also two Pews, adjoining the Chancel, in the Parish Church of Desborough aforesaid, which belong to the Premises.—The Whole occupied by Mr. Burrows Kilborn, as Tenant at Will.

F Any Gentleman with a small Family might think this a valuable Acquisition, as it is situated in a most delightful Sporting Country, and only five Miles from Market-Harborough, through which Place the Mail and many other Coaches pass every Day.
