And entered upon immediately,
A CLOSE, containing about 30 ACRES (part Arable and part Pasture),
called Loatland Leys, situate in the Parish of DESBOROUGH, in
the County of Northampton, late in the Occupation of Mr. James Smith.
There is a commodious Barn on the Premises.
