At the house of Mr. Kilborn, the George Inn, in Desborough aforesaid, em upon such conditions as will be then produced,
ALL those THREE several Freehold and Tithe-free inclosed CLOSES of
Arable and Pasture LAND or Ground, situate in the Lordship of DESBOROUGH
aforesaid, containing 40 Acres, or thereabouts, 21 Acres of which is
rich Pasture, and 19 Acres of Arable Land, with thriving fences and well
watered, and now in the tenure of
Mr. Samuel
Kilborn, the elder, tenant at will.
And also, all that MESSUAGE or Tenement, with the garden and
appurtenances, situate in HIGH STREET,
and near to the Swan Inn, now in the tenure of
Joseph Cursley,
tenant at will.
The Sale to commence at about four o'clock in the afternoon.
