January, 1820, at Three o'Clock in the Afternoon, at the Swan Public
House, in
Desborough, in two Lots (subject to such Conditions as will be
then produced),
Lot 1. A Very desirable FREEHOLD
stone-built MESSUAGE or TENEMENT, with a large Yard and Garden,
Coachhouse, Stables, and other
convenient out Offices thereunto belonging, most eligibly situated in the
Centre of the Village of DESBOROUGH, and now partly occupied as a
Draper's Shop, in full Trade, in the several Tenures of
Mr. Samuel Thompson
and Mr. Henry
Coleman.
Lot 2. A FREEHOLD CLOSE
of rich
PASTURE LAND, nearly adjoining the Village of DESBOROUGH aforesaid,
containing by Estimation, four Acres or thereabouts, called Haynes's
Close, well fenced and watered, in the Occupation of Mr. Robert Shaw.
