		At Mr. Cox's, the Swan Inn, in Desborough, in the County of 
		Northampton, on Monday the 5th Day of December, 1814, at Two o'Clock in 
		the Afternoon, under such Conditions as will be produced (unless 
		disposed of by Private Contract in the mean Time, in which Case Notice 
		thereof will be given in this Paper),
		The following FREEHOLD 
		PROPERTY, in DESBOROUGH aforesaid, viz.
		Lot 1.  A PIECE or PARCEL of GARDEN GROUND, well stored with 
		Fruit-Trees, containing nearly an Acre, in the Occupation of John Cox; 
		and FIVE DWELLING-HOUSES, in the several Occupations of
		William Salmon, 
		Ruth Horam, 
		Richard Smith, 
		Joseph Miller, and
		Samuel Ginns, 
		with their respective Appurtenances.
		Lot 2.  A DWELLING-HOUSE, with the Work-shop, Garden, and other 
		Appurtenances thereto belonging, in the Occupation of
		Jonathan Coe, 
		Weaver.
		Lot 3.  THREE DWELLING-HOUSES, with their respective 
		Appurtenances, in the several Occupations of John Coe, Abraham Coe, and 
		Susannah Yeomans.
		Lot 4.  A CLOSE, PIECE, or PARCEL, of LAND (adjoining the 
		Turnpike-Road leading from Desborough to Market-Harborough), containing 
		two Acres and a Half, or thereabouts, in the Occupation of Robert 
		Foster, with its Appurtenances.

		in the Occupation of John Allen, Cordwainer, advertised in this Paper of 
		the 12th and 19th November, 1814, to be sold, is disposed off by 
		Private Contract.
