ALL that old-established FREE PUBLIC HOUSE or INN, known by the Name of THE SWAN, in DESBOROUGH aforesaid, where a profitable Business has been carried on for about Half a Century past (now in full Trade); together with the inclosed Garden, Outhouses, Stables, and Appurtenances, now in the Tenure of Mrs. Foster, Widow, who is declining the Public Business.

N.B. The above Estate is a desirable Purchase for any Person desirous of entering into immediate Possession of the Business. Part of the Purchase Money may remain on security.
