And Entered upon at MICHAELMAS next, O.S.

THREE CLOSES of PASTURE and ARABLE LAND, in the Lordship of DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton, containing about Sixty-six Acres, late in the Tenure of John Tailby.

The Tenant may take Part of the Crops at a fair Valuation.
