On Thursday the 15th of this current December, 1803, about Three in
the afternoon, at the Kings Arms, in Desborough, in the County of
Northampton,
A Very convenient Stone-built and Slated MESSUAGE, with the Barn,
Stable, and other well-adapted Outbuildings, situate in DESBOROUGH, aforesaid,
and in the Tenure of Giles Marlow; also a very nice and desirable Close
of PASTURE LAND, adjoining the North Side of the Turnpike-Road, leading
from Market-Harborough to Kettering, &c. well fenced and watered, and
containing about two Acres and a Half.
And at the same Time and Place, in Lots, THIRY-ONE fine thriving ELM
TREES.

of this desirable Property will have early Possession thereof, the
Tenant being under Notice to quit the same.
