On Thursday, the 6th day of July, 1837, at the George Inn, in Desborough, in the County of Northampton, at Six o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions of Sale, as will be then produced.

LOT 1.

A CLOSE of very rich Pasture LAND, containing 4A. 0S. 22P. more or less, situate in the Lordship of Desborough adjoining the Turnpike Road leading to Market Harborough and now in the occupation of George Dawkins.

LOT 2.

A substantial and well-built COTTAGE or TENEMENT, in good repair situate in Desborough aforesaid, and now occupied as the Toll Gate-house, together with the Lean-to adjoining, and right of way through the yard belonging to the adjoining premises of the said George Dawkins.
