NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

WHEREAS FRANCES DALBY, of RUSHTON LODGE in the County of Northampton, Widow, and ABRAHAM DALBY, late of the same Place, but now residing in the Parish of DESBOROUGH, in the said County, have assigned over all their Effects to John Burditt, of Rushton aforesaid, Baker; James Blunsom, of the same Place, Farmer; and Robert Cole, of Desborough aforesaid, Jobber; in Trust for the equal Benefit of their Creditors;

Notice is hereby given,

That the Deed of Assignment is left at Mr. Lamb's Office, in Kettering, for the Inspection and Signature of the Creditors of the said Frances and Abraham Dalby, and those Creditors who do not execute the same before the first Day of June next, will be excluded the Benefit to be derived therefrom.—All Persons who are indebted to the same Frances and Abraham Dalby, are desired immediately to pay their respective Debts to the said Trustees.—By Order, HENRY LAMB, Solicitor.
