To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT,
A Desirable FREEHOLD ESTATE,
situate at DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton, adjoining the
Turnpike Road leading from Market-Harborough to Kettering; consisting of
a Brick and Tiled Messuage or Tenement, with the Barn, Stables,
Brewhouse, and Outbuildings, Yard, Gardens, and Appurtenances thereunto
belonging.
Also a CLOSE of rich PASTURE LAND, in DESBOROUGH aforesaid, lying
contiguous thereto, containing by Estimation four Acres, or thereabouts.
The above-described Premises were late in the Occupation of
Mr. Ferdinando
Thorpe, deceased, and are now untenanted.
