At the George Inn, in Desborough, in the County of Northampton, on Wednesday the 16th Day of May,1810, at Four o'Clock in the Afternoon (subject to such Condition of Sale as shall be then produced),

A Desirable FREEHOLD ESTATE, situated at DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton, adjoining the Turnpike Road leading from Market-Harborough to Kettering; consisting of a Brick and Tiled Messuage or Tenement, with the Barns, Stables, Brewhouse, and Outbuildings; Yard, Gardens, and Appurtenances thereunto belonging.

Also a CLOSE of rich PASTURE LAND, in Desborough aforesaid, lying contiguous thereto, containing (by Estimation) four Acres, or thereabouts.

The above-described Premises were late in the Occupation of Mr. Thorpe, deceased; and immediate Possession may be had by a Purchaser.
