in Desborough, in the County of Northampton, on Wednesday the 16th Day
of May,1810, at Four o'Clock in the Afternoon (subject to such Condition
of Sale as shall be then produced),
A Desirable FREEHOLD ESTATE,
situated at DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton, adjoining the
Turnpike Road leading from Market-Harborough to Kettering; consisting of
a Brick and Tiled Messuage or Tenement, with the Barns, Stables,
Brewhouse, and Outbuildings; Yard, Gardens, and Appurtenances thereunto
belonging.
Also a CLOSE of rich PASTURE LAND, in Desborough aforesaid,
lying contiguous thereto, containing (by Estimation) four Acres, or
thereabouts.
The above-described Premises were late in the Occupation of
Mr.
Thorpe, deceased; and immediate Possession may be had by a Purchaser.
