At DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton, on Wednesday the 15th of June, 1796, and following Day.

ALL the Neat and Genteel HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE and sundry EFFECTS, of WILLIAM RICHARD HAINES, Esq. who is leaving this Part of the Country:- Consisting of Four-post and Tent Bedsteads, with Chintz, Manchester, and other Furniture; Hair Mattresses; Goose Feather Beds, Blankets, Quilts and Counterpanes; Mahogany and other Chairs; Pier and Swing Glasses, in neat Frames; Set of Mahogany Dining Tables, Card and Breakfast Ditto; Wash-hand Basons and Night Tables; Mahogany Secretary and Book-Case, with neat sashed Doors; an exceeding good Eight-Day Clock, in a very handsome Mahogany Case; large painted Floor Cloth; Wilton and other Carpets; Cellaret; Tea-Urn and Stand; Glazed Prints and Paintings; large Assortment of China, Glass, and Delpht; Bath Stoves; high-polished Serpentine Fenders and Fire-Irons; House Range, Smoke Jack, &c.; Kitchen Requisites, in Copper, Pewter, Brass, &c. Dairy Utensils; Brewing and Washing Coppers, Mash Vat and Cooler; Brewing Vessels, and a Number of Well-seasoned Iron-bound Casks; a Neat One-horse Chaise, with Plated Harness; Light Cart, and Horse Tackle; two Saddles and Bridles; large Leaded Horse-Trough and Water Cistern, lately new, Garden Roll, six Hand Glasses, and a Variety of other Articles.

The Live Stock, consisting of two New-milch'd Cows, six Ewes and Lambs, and a very useful Nag Mare, to be Sold the second Day.

The Sale to begin each Day at Ten o'Clock precisely.

Also to be Lett, or Sold by Private Contract,

A Genteel Sashed HOUSE, situated in DESBOROUGH aforesaid:- Consisting of a Hall and two Parlours, Kitchen, Brewhouse, and Cellars, four sleeping Rooms on the second Floor, and Roomy Garrets over the same, large Court-Yard, Barn, Stable, Coach-House, and other convenient Out-Offices, and an exceeding nice Garden and Summer-House, inclosed within a Wall, and well planted with Choice Fruit Trees and Shrubs; likewise a Rich Pasture Close, containing four Acres, lying near the Town of Desborough.
