On the Premises of the late Mr. J. MORRIS, at DESBOROUGH, near Kettering, on Wednesday and Thursday, the 21st and 22nd Days of May, 1817,

The following HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, LIVE and DEAD FARMING STOCK, BREWING and DAIRY UTENSILS, &c. &c. &c.

The HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE comprises feather and flock Beds, four-post Bedsteads with check Hangings, bureau Bedstead, Blankets and Coverlets; mahogany dining and tea Tables, pier and swing Glasses, capital kitchen Grates, Fenders and fire Irons, floor Cloth and Carpets, two excellent Barometers (by Baggio, London); easy Chair and Cover, several Windsor and other Chairs, thirty-hour Clock, copper and brass Pots and Kettles, a four-fold Screen, lined with green Baize; brewing and dairy Utensils in general, brass and iron Candlesticks, half-hogshead Barrels and Thralls; 30 large Cheeses, five Flitches of Bacon, about 20 Bushels of Malt, in small Lots; five window Frames, glazed, 6 Ft. by 3 Ft. 10 In.; Glass and Earthenware, and a Variety of other Effects.

The FARMING STOCK comprises nine useful draught Mares, and two two-year-old Ditto; three Waggons, four Carts, two field Rolls, Ploughs, Harrows, cow and sheep Cribs, excellent dressing Machine (by Blackwell); capital fifty-round Ladder, one thirty-round Ditto, and three twenty-round Ladders; about 12 Dozen fleak and other Hurdles, in Lots; Harness complete for nine Horses, two Dozen five-bushel Sacks, capital lead horse Trough, an eight-stone-post Hovel, a ten-oak-post shelter Hovel, and two five-post Hovels; pig Troughs, Forks, Rakes, &c. &c.

The household Furniture will be sold on Wednesday the 21st, and the farming Stock on Thursday the 22nd.

The Sale to begin each Day at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon.
