Sale of Property, 1832

FREEHOLD PROPERTY AT DESBOROUGH,
NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,
BY HOLLOWAY & SON,

At the Cabin of Comfort, in Desborough, on Wednesday the 28th day of November, at three o'clock in the afternoon, in the following or such other Lots as may be agreed upon at the time of Sale, and subject to such conditions of Sale as shall then and there be produced, unless sooner disposed of by Private Contract, of which due notice will be given,

Lot 1.  A CLOSE OF LAND, adjoining the Turnpike Road leading from Desborough aforesaid to Market Harborough, containing 20A, 1R, 30P, about 12 acres of which are Arable and the remainder Pasture, in the occupation of Mr, William Loake.

Lot 2.  A MESSUAGE or FARM HOUSE, with stabling and other outbuildings, large yard and excellent garden, containing about one rood and twenty perches, in the occupation of the said William Loake.

And also, a COTTAGE or TENEMENT adjoining to the last-mentioned premises, in the occupation of John Robinson.

Lot 3.  All those FOUR TENEMENTS or DWELLING HOUSES in the respective occupations of John Panther, John Coe, Thomas Ginns, and Samuel Ginns.

Also a HOMESTEAD or HOME CLOSE thereto adjoining, containing one acre or thereabouts, upon which is erected a good cow house, in the occupation of the said William Loake.
