oven, yard, outhouses, and a never-failing well of water thereto
belonging, situate at DESBOROUGH aforesaid, and now in the occupation of
Mr. William Baines,
who is changing his residence.
The house and premises have recently been put into complete repair, and
are well worth the attention of the public.
