Trespass
Joseph Coe, of Desborough, was charged by Mr. Cave, of the
same place, with trespassing on the land belonging to Mr. Cave, in
pursuit of conies, on the 29th ult. Defendant pleaded Not Guilty; but
upon the evidence of
George Fenton,
he was convicted in the penalty of 5s. and 12s. expenses.
