Charges of Drunkenness.
—Mary Ann Goodman, Desborough, was summoned for being drunk and
disorderly at Desborough, on August 5th.—Fines 10s. and 4s. costs.

shoehand, Desborough; were summoned for similar offences, and in
defendants' absence warrants were issued.
—Harry Allen,
shoehand, Desborough, for a like offence, at that place, on August 5th,
pleaded not guilty, but on the evidence of P.S. Thomas and P.C. King was
fines 10s. and 4 costs.—Defendant made use of an offensive expression,
and was promptly ejected by Inspector Butlin and P.C. Lawson.
