Drunkenness.—
Jesse Moore, hurdle maker, and Wm Clipston, labourer,
Geddington, summoned for being drunk at Corby, on April 25, were each
fined 5s. and 4s. costs.

Samuel Andrews,
shoehand, Desborough, summoned for a like offence at that place, on
April 22, pleaded not guilty, but was fined 5s. and 4s. costs.

Thomas Rivett and Charles Smith, shoehands, Kettering, summoned for
a like offence, on April 23, were each fined 5s. and 4s. costs.

Eli Ward,
labourer, Desborough, was brought up on remand, charged with being drunk
and disorderly, at Middleton, on May 2, and was fined 5s. and 14s. 4d.
costs.
