KETTERING

PETTY SESSIONS, APRIL 10 1843

Thomas Green, John Good, and a third person, all of Desborough, were charged with being drunk in the parish of Kettering, on Sunday morning, the 2d instant. Elisha Loasby, of Desborough, stated that he saw the three defendants on the above morning, in the parish of Kettering, when, at first sight he thought them all to be drunk, but on a nearer approach he found Green was much intoxicated, and the other two were leading him, but were not in the same state themselves. Green was fined 5s. and costs, amounting in all to 10s. 6d.
