Horses Straying

Desborough.—Charles
Manton, of Desborough, was charged with a similar offence [allowing
his horses to stray and graze on the high road], on 11th June, in a
certain highway leading from Desborough to Braybrook, and as he had
often been cautioned before and once convicted he was fined 5s. and
costs 10s. 6d.
