Trespass
	
	
		George Johnson 
		and William Fox, 
		both of Desborough, were charged with trespassing on land belonging to
		Mr. Biggs, in 
		the occupation of Mr. Kilbourn, jun., and being in pursuit of rabbits, 
		on the 1st of January, to catch which they had set traps the night 
		before. Two boys gave their evidence very clearly, and 
		George Fenton, 
		who appeared to act in the capacity of gamekeeper there, had watched 
		them, they were in the field with a flag basket. Johnson did not appear, 
		but they were both fined 10s. each, and 6s 9d each expenses.
