MARKET HARBORO':--A horrid attempt was made a few days ago to kill a whole family
at Desborough, Northamptonshire. The poison was mixed up with flour, which
was made into a pudding. The members of the family, six or seven in number,
all partook of it, and were made ill; but providentially no life was
sacrificed, and the sufferers are recovering. A rigid inquiry has been
instituted in order to discover the perpetrators of the horrid deed.
