Harborough
Petty Sessions, Tuesday, Dec. 19.
George Bransome, of Desborough, was charged by Mr. Charles
Clarke, of the same place, with taking a piece of wood for firing from
his yard. As no value was put upon it, and it did not appear to be worth
a farthing, the magistrates dismissed the case on his paying costs, for
they could not discover any felonious intent, he having done work in the
same yard for which he had made no charge.
